Wallpaper Installation Instruction Steps
1. Ensure Surface Smooth Clean
1. Remove all old wallpaper, switch plates, outlet covers, holes, and nails
2.Patch and sand any cracks or holes.
2. Measure & Cut
Mark a vertical line as a guide. Plan the panel placement.
Cut the first strip to the wall height, add extra for trimming and match the pattern.
3. Peel and Stick
Peel away 2–4 inches of backing from the top corner. Align with the vertical line and press the top onto the wall. Pull liner while smoothing down.
4. Line Up Strips
Ensure the pattern matches from top to bottom.
For a half-drop repeat,align each new strip to the halfway point of the adjoining wallpaper.
5. Trim the Edge
Trim excess with a straightedge and razor knife. For any remaining air bubbles, pop them gently with a fine needle and smooth flat.
6. Peel to Remove
For easy removal: If the wallpaper was pasted. apply heat with a hairdryer while peeling to soften the adhesive and prevent damage.
